আজ কথা বলব যারা আইটিতে ক্যারিয়ার গড়তে নেটোয়ার্কিং নিয়ে ভাবছেন বা সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারছেন না তাদের জন্য। ইএমএসআই ( ক্যারিয়ার বিল্ডার ও ইকোনমিক মডেলিং স্পেশালিস্ট ইন্টারন্যাশনাল) এর তথ্যমতে, বর্তমানে বিশ্বে যেসকল চাকরির চাহিদা সব থেকে বেশী হবে সেটা হচ্ছে নেটওয়ার্কিং ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং। নেটওয়ার্ক ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের নেটওয়ার্ক এডমিনও বলা হয়। হাস্যকর একটা ব্যাপার লক্ষ্য করি, অনেক-ই এই সেক্টর সম্পর্কে কোন নলেজ না রেখে আন্দাজের উপর কথা বলে, তাতে হয় কি, যারা সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় নেটওয়ার্কিং ক্যারিয়ার গড়বে তারা দিশেহারা হয় পড়ে, কি করবে বুঝতে পারে না। আমি তাদের জন্য বলব কে কি বলল সেটা না শুনে আপনি আপনার কাজ করে যান জয় আপনার-ই হবে।ধারণার জন্য বলি, বিভিন্ন টিভি চ্যানেল, আইএসপি কোম্পানি, ব্যাংক, এয়ার লাইন্স এবং ডেটা সেন্টার সহ আরো অনেক সেক্টরেই জব করার সুযোগ রয়েছে, বাংলাদেশে নেটোয়ার্কিং ইঞ্জিনিয়ার নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে সব থেকে প্রাধান্য দেয়া হয় সিসিএন সম্পন্ন করেছেন , এমন ব্যাক্তিদের সাধারণত শুরুর দিকে ১৫-২০ হাজার টাকা বেতন পেলেও অভিজ্ঞতার উপর তা লাখ টাকা ছাড়িয়ে যেতে পারে।

একটা কথা না বললেই নয়, নেটোয়ার্কিং এর এমন অনেক পোস্ট আছে যেখানে আপনাকে কম্পিউটারে ডিপ্লোমা/ স্নাতক হতে হবে এমন না , যেকোন বিষয়ে স্নাতক সাথে সিসিএনএ বা অন্য কোন বিষয়ে নলেজ থাকলেই হয়।

How to Learn English

Two friends, Raghib and Adeeb, wanted to leare how to ride a cycle. Adeeb bought a book called How to Ride cycle and started reading it. On the other hand, Raghib took out his cycle on the street and started trying to ride it. He fell off several times and Adeeb laughed at him.

However, by the time Adeeb finished the first chapter of his book, Raghib was riding his cycle fairly well. Adeeb knew how the cycle worked but did not knew how to use it. Raghib did not need to know everything about how his cycle worked but he know   how to use it from first-hand experience.

Learning a language is like riding a cycle. The most important thing about any language is communication. You learn to communicate effectively by using a language ,   by boing thing with it and experiencing it. You can learn English in the same way that Raghib learnt to ride a cycle. Don’t worry of people laugh at you when you make mistakes. You can certainly learn through mistakes.

Ziaur Rahman (Bengali: জিয়াউর রহমান Ji-yaur Rôhman; 19 January 1936 – 30 May 1981) was an army general who served as the 4th President of Bangladesh from 21 April 1977 until his assassination on 30 May 1981.

Zia was a leader of the Bangladesh Forces during the country's liberation war from Pakistan in 1971. He had broadcast the Bangladeshi declaration of independence. He also led the Z Force brigade. After the war, Zia became the deputy chief of the Bangladesh Army. He rose to power after the country's first military coup on 15 August 1975, in which Sheikh Mujib was killed. A series of counter-coups resulted in Zia gaining de facto power as head of the army under martial law. He took over the presidency in 1977.

As President, Zia founded the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. He reinstated multi-party politics and free markets. Zia became a popular Third World leader for his efforts to stabilize Bangladesh and championing issues affecting decolonized nations. He improved Bangladesh's relations with the West, China and the Muslim world, and departed from Sheikh Mujib's close alignment with India and the Soviet Union. Domestically, Zia faced as many as twenty one coup attempts. He was criticized for passing the Indemnity Act  and removing the ban on religion-based political parties.

Zia was awarded the high gallantry award of Bir Uttom in 1972 for his wartime services. He retired from the Bangladesh Army as a Lieutenant General. His party, the BNP, became one of the two dominant political parties of Bangladesh. His wife Khaleda Zia, a former prime minister, is the current Chairperson of the BNP.
